Refund & Cancellation Policy

TPC Legacy Group provides private-client advisory, consulting, educational, strategic planning, administrative support, and referral-based services. By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any TPC Legacy Group service, consultation, advisory engagement, program, or membership, clients acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Consultation Services
Due to the time, preparation, scheduling, analysis, administrative work, and strategic nature of consultation services, all consultation fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been received.
Consultation fees compensate TPC Legacy Group for reserved appointment time, preparation, review, administrative support, and professional advisory services.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
TPC Legacy Group reserves the right to determine rescheduling eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests submitted prior to scheduling, onboarding, preparation, or service commencement may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of TPC Legacy Group.
Once onboarding, scheduling, preparation, consultation review, administrative work, strategic planning, advisory services, or other work has begun, refunds will generally not be provided.
Private Client Programs & Advisory Engagements
TPC Legacy Group's private-client programs, strategic advisory engagements, executive advisory services, customized planning services, and consulting programs involve significant time, preparation, analysis, administrative support, strategy development, and proprietary resources.
Accordingly, payments made toward private-client services, consulting engagements, strategic programs, memberships, advisory retainers, or customized services are generally non-refundable once onboarding, preparation, scheduling, strategic review, administrative support, or service delivery has commenced.
Memberships & Recurring Services
Private Client Advisory Memberships and recurring service engagements may be canceled in accordance with the specific membership or service agreement applicable to the client.
Setup fees, onboarding fees, strategic review fees, and previously earned service fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact TPC Legacy Group directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or claim with a financial institution, payment processor, or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been scheduled, delivered, performed, prepared, reviewed, or otherwise rendered may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and further review of the client relationship.
Service Refusal & Termination
TPC Legacy Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend, pause, or terminate services at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
• Abusive or inappropriate conduct
• Harassment or threatening behavior
• Misuse of services
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-cooperation
• Failure to provide requested information
• Inaccurate or misleading information
• Violation of company policies
• Non-payment or payment-related issues
Policy Updates
TPC Legacy Group reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
